The Space
The Art of Movement is a boutique studio experience that provides a range of fun classes and private training opportunities led by creative Pilates professionals experienced in traditional & contemporary methods. Studio and Facilities:
Mats, props, Pilates reformers, and other equipment provided. Accessible bathroom stall for changing. BYOB water.
Scent Free Studio - Please refrain from wearing perfumes and other scented things while in the studio.
Grip socks required.

OUR STORY:
The Art of Movement is a joint effort started in 2024 by Lauren Kutz and Kit Bihun. Both bring a combined 20 years of teaching experience as well as sharing a love for functional and artistic movement.

Floor Classes
Our Floor classes give you the opportunity to experience creative and high quality classes like Pilates, Suspend with TRX, Barre, Yoga & Movement Flows.
Reformer
With a focus on functional movement, form and flow, our Reformer classes leave every body feeling balanced, mobile, flexible and strong.
Springboard
Utilizing the tension of springs while standing or on a mat to create a challenging and fun full body workout, the Springboard is a versatile piece of equipment that compliments and enhances every movement experience.
Workshops
We offer monthly workshops that include Foundation Classes to assist in familiarizing yourself with form, equipment, and body awareness.
